Frequently Asked Questions

A Clarity Session is a reflective conversation designed to help you think out loud, explore what is present, and gain a clearer understanding of what matters, what feels true, and what direction you want to take.
It's a space to bring whatever is on your mind into the open and stay with it long enough for greater clarity, understanding, and perspective to emerge.
Not in the traditional sense.
While my background includes coaching, Clarity Sessions are less focused on advice, accountability, goal-setting, or predefined frameworks and more focused on creating space for clarity to emerge through conversation and reflection.
Interestingly, many of the benefits people seek through coaching—clarity, confidence, accountability, decision-making, and forward movement—often emerge naturally through the process. The difference is that they arise from your own understanding rather than being imposed from the outside.
No.
Clarity Sessions are not therapy and do not diagnose, treat, or address mental health conditions. They are reflective conversations intended to support awareness, understanding, and personal insight.
That said, many people describe the experience as deeply therapeutic. Having space to express thoughts, emotions, questions, and uncertainties without judgment can be both relieving and transformative, even though the sessions are not a therapeutic service.
No, although my consulting background influences how I listen and engage.
In a consulting relationship, the goal is typically to provide expertise, recommendations, or solutions. In a Clarity Session, the goal is different: to create space for you to explore what is present, hear yourself more clearly, and arrive at your own understanding.
While my experience may help me notice patterns, ask thoughtful questions, or reflect observations, the session is not about telling you what to do. It is about helping clarity emerge from your own thinking and experience.
Anything they need to talk about.
People come with decisions, transitions, questions, frustrations, ideas, relationship challenges, career concerns, creative projects, leadership situations, or simply a feeling that something isn't clear.
I often begin with a simple question: "What's on your mind?"
For ongoing clients, sessions may continue an existing conversation or explore something entirely new. The time is yours to use in whatever way feels most valuable. Sometimes we stay with a single topic over time, and sometimes unexpected insights lead us somewhere entirely different.
Sessions take place as a one-on-one conversation, typically over video call.
You bring whatever is on your mind, and we begin there. As you talk, we explore what is emerging in real time—following thoughts, questions, emotions, assumptions, patterns, and possibilities as they arise.
There is no required agenda and no pressure to arrive at immediate answers. My role is to listen, reflect, ask thoughtful questions, and help create the conditions where clarity can emerge naturally through the conversation.
No.
You don't need notes, goals, or an agenda. Many people arrive with only a general sense that something feels unresolved, unclear, or important.
That said, you're welcome to bring anything that feels relevant. Some people bring journal entries, presentations, documents, ideas they're developing, notes they've been collecting, or topics they've been reflecting on between sessions. There is no right way to prepare—or not prepare.
Sessions are generally 60 minutes.
In some circumstances, alternative arrangements may be available, but the standard Clarity Session is one hour.
That depends on your needs and preferences.
Some people schedule individual sessions whenever they feel the need for clarity around a particular situation, decision, or challenge.
Others prefer a package or ongoing membership that creates regular space for reflection and conversation. Packages can be used over an extended period, while memberships provide a consistent rhythm of support through recurring sessions.
Together, we can determine what cadence feels most supportive for you.
Anyone seeking greater clarity, understanding, perspective, or direction.
Clarity Sessions are particularly valuable for people who are willing to explore their thoughts openly, engage in honest reflection, and trust the process of discovery rather than looking for predefined answers, rigid frameworks, or someone else to tell them what to do.
People come for personal, professional, creative, relational, and leadership-related reasons—but the common thread is a desire to better understand what is present and what comes next.

It's an opportunity to experience the process, ask questions, and see whether the space feels supportive before making any commitment.
Both.
People bring career decisions, leadership challenges, business ideas, creative projects, relationships, life transitions, personal growth, and everything in between. The process remains the same: creating space for clarity to emerge around whatever feels important.

Start Where You Are
Whether someone arrives here through professional uncertainty, personal transition, creative exploration, leadership challenges, or the simple feeling that something feels unclear, the work often begins in the same place:
bringing what is present into the open and giving it space to be seen without judgment.
